We've gathered research from the ASEAN Connect 2018 conference, which focuses on leaders and academics' perspectives on community development through research, instruction, and extension programs. We're sharing these documents in the hopes of receiving feedback from the WOW Initiative to improve knowledge exchanges and community regeneration.
 

This year's theme, "Extension Forum on Higher Education" emphasizes the importance of a "human-centered design" framework and the power of universality and inclusivity to bridge the gap between research, instruction, and community development for optimal transformation. The integration of community, science, and technology programs can bring about significant change with the implementation of a common framework. This framework can serve as a "glue" for instruction from universities and enable dynamic research that leads to sustainable and regenerative communities.
